Hi, I have been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years. I am a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser as well as a licensed Real Estate Agent. For the past 13 years I have been buying and selling Real Estate for investment purposes for myself, long before all of the TV shows became popular! Everything from homes, hobby farms, commercial properties, hunting properties, and agricultural land.
My vast experience and actually putting my own money at risk gives me a wealth of knowledge that few other Realtors have. While most people believe this is a bad time to be purchasing a home, I feel it is the best opportunity we have had in the past 40 years. Interest rates are still historically low and prices have dropped to make homes affordable again. If you are selling a home, now might be a great time for that also. Homes that are priced correctly will sell. You just need an agent who will be honest and up-front with you about the true value of your property and not just trying to get a listing.
